Microbes may be small, but their impact on our lives is anything but! I’m a Microbiology PhD student in the Microbial Ecosystems Lab. My research interests center on how microbial communities shape health and disease, and the surprising strategies they use to influence their environments. Outside the lab, you’ll usually find me hiking, swimming, traveling, or catching live music.
